That being said, Maria Hill mentioned the "incursion crisis" in Avengers Standoff: Welcome to Pleasant Hill. So in the new marvel universe, did incursions occur or not?
Yes, they did. But the final Incursion didn’t wipe out the Earth–rather, the world was saved due to the sacrifice of Reed Richards and his family and the Future Foundation.
